There’s something magical about spring in the Utah mountains, and Allyson & Britton’s engagement session at Tibble Fork Reservoir was the perfect reminder of why I love being a Utah wedding photographer. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, towering pine trees, and the peaceful water of Tibble Fork Reservoir, this session felt straight out of a dream.

Located in the beautiful American Fork Canyon, Tibble Fork Reservoir is one of my favorite locations for engagement and wedding photography in Utah. The combination of alpine scenery, rugged mountain landscapes, and evergreen forests creates an incredible backdrop for couples who love adventure and the outdoors.

Allyson & Britton were amazing to photograph. From the moment we started walking along the shoreline, their connection and chemistry made every photo feel natural and effortless. The soft spring light reflecting off the snow-covered peaks created a cinematic atmosphere that perfectly matched their love story.

One of my favorite parts of this engagement session was the contrast between the fresh green pine trees and the lingering snow in the mountains. Utah offers some of the most diverse and breathtaking scenery for engagement photos, and Tibble Fork Reservoir is one of the best hidden gems for couples wanting that true mountain adventure feel.

As a Utah wedding photographer, I’m always looking for locations that combine epic scenery with genuine emotion, and this session had both. Whether we were capturing candid moments by the water or adventurous portraits among the pine trees, every part of this shoot showcased the beauty of Utah and the excitement of Allyson & Britton’s upcoming wedding.

If you’re searching for a Utah wedding photographer for your engagement session, elopement, or wedding day, I would love to help capture your story in the mountains of Utah and beyond.
