Winter Canyon View Park Bride and Groom session with Katie & Greyson
Shooting a Winter canyon View park bride & groom session can be cold, and today was no exception. It was about 23 degrees, windy, and cloudy. Normally I would have rescheduled the session, but this was the second reschedule, and Katie & Greyson needed to get their pictures printed for their wedding in a few days, so off we went!
There are many paths in the Canyon View Park in Provo Canyon, over bridges, through trees and over fields. Some go on and on, some dead end in steep rock faces. But no matter where you go here the path usually opens into some amazing views of the mountains, that is, if you can see them through the fog.
And though today was cold and cloudy, you would not have guessed it from the faces of Katie and Greyson. They walked around and acted as if it was summer in the desert. Their warm smiles and positive attitudes even warmed me up.
One of my favorite places we shot was the snowy Provo river. The rocks were partially covered with snow making it difficult to see when you were standing on a rock or the river itself, so we had to be careful, but the pictures were worth it as the river itself was pretty low and all we risked was getting some wet feet.
The pictures above are just a very few of my favorites from the Canyon View Park winter bride & groom session with Katie & Greyson. Enjoy!
