State Capitol Bride & Groom Session with Eliza & Rhett

by Utah Wedding Photographers James Erick Photography Utah

The State Capitol Bride and Groom session with Eliza & Rhett looked like a fashion magazine shoot. Rhett waited for the first time to see his bride to be in her stunning dress. Eliza walked up behind him and placed her hands over his eyes, then slowly turned him around. His face said it all!.

Eliza & Rhett are the kind of people that you could put in any background and they would look great. They have a modern and classic look that would go well in any situation. But doing a State capitol bride and Groom shoot with them just seemed to fit the best. And that's what they wanted as their wedding is coming up really soon and Eliza does not want to get her dress dirty before the big day, and with the rainy weather outside, she did not want to take any chances.

Eliza & Rhett asked me to shoot their wedding but unfortunately it is in another state on a day that I am already booked with another wedding, so I was only able to do their State Capitol Bride & Groom Session. And as awesome as they both looked for this, can you imagine what they would have looked like at their wedding? Oh well, at least I got to shot this day, and what a day it was! Almost nobody at the state capitol, which was very unusual.

Eliza & Rhett were very nice to work with. I rarely had to ask them to smile or even pose certain ways for the camera. They seemed like they had done this before, but when I asked them if they had done any modeling for the camera before, they both laughed and said no.

This was one of the easiest State Capitol Bride & Groom Session's I have ever done. No people to edit out in the background, great lighting, and a really fun couple to shoot.
