Fall McPolin Farm Bride & Groom Session with Cara & Ray
By Utah Wedding Photographers James Erick Photography Utah
There is nothing like shooting a Fall Mcpolin Farm bride & groom session. The color of the leaves, the crisp, fresh air, everything is beautiful in the Fall. The only thing you ever have to worry about is the weather, but not today. Today was a perfect day. The sky was partly cloudy with lots of colors. Perfect lighting. The weather was cool but not cold. And the bride and groom...perfect!
I had never met Ray and Cara prior to shooting their bride & groom session. Ray is a native new Zelander who met Cara, a native Alaskan, here in Utah at BYU. Talk about a long distance relationship! Ray gave me a lot of great tips as I plan on visiting New Zealand later in the year or in January. It really helps to know someone who really lived there. I did not even know that new Zealand was separated into two islands. And yes, Ray has the cool New Zealand accent that drives all the girls crazy, but there is just one girl he is crazy about, Cara, and I can see why.
The first thing I noticed about Cara is how much she looks like a young Angelina Jolie. Cara is beautiful inside and out, and was up for almost any type of shot anywhere we were going. Being from Alaska, she was probably hot in the 70 degree weather, but she never showed it. the second thing I noticed was her beautiful dress. Amazing!
Cara and Ray were all smiles as we took these pictures. it was tough to even to get them to stop smiling for a few of the shots.
