Winter Park City Bride and Groom Session with Justin & Kendal

Winter Park City Bride and Groom Session with Justin & Kendal

The Winter Bride and Groom Session with Justin & Kendal did not start off to well because the place we chose to meet did not have any snow. But in the end, we found the perfect location!

This has been a really strange winter. Its December 18th, and there is no snow in the valleys and very little snow in the mountains. Justin, Kendal and I met in a parking lot near Swaner Farm and had planned to do their Bride & Groom session there, but as far as we could see there was no snow. Lucky for me I had arrived early and already knew that so I went up higher towards the ski resorts to find a better spot, but still there were very few places and only one that looked even slightly promising. Kendal said she wanted pine trees and snow, but both were at very high elevations and hard to get to, but we did eventually find one. The only problem was that we all had to walk up a very steep hill about 100 yards to get to the location.

Now most brides and grooms I have worked with in the past would not have wanted to do this, but not Justin & Kendal. They said "No problem" So up we went. Its to bad we did not bring sleds or we could have had a lot of fun going back down. Justin & Kendal were a joy to work with and I am shooting their wedding today so I better get going!
