Timpanogos Temple Bride and Groom Session
Timpanogos Temple Bride and Groom Session with Taylor & David
By Utah Wedding Photographers James Erick Photography Utah
Shooting a Timpanogos Temple Bride and Groom Session in winter is usually a challenge, as it is cold, but Taylor & David warmed it up with their smiles. When Taylor told me she wanted to shoot a Timpanogos Temple bride & Groom session in Winter, I thought she was crazy. It's cold this time of year, especially in the American fork area where temperatures can drop into the 10 degrees range and a suit and wedding dress are just not warm enough. But if the client wants it, I want it, so on a cold afternoon we set out to get some great shots.
After shooting their engagement session in the fall, I knew were were going to have fund. David & Taylor are a very happy couple. They never stopped smiling as we walked around the paths of the Timpanogos Temple, through the snow to various places i like to shoot. I love the abalone shell colored windows at the temple. Of all the temples the Timpanogos Temple has the most beautiful glass windows. The colors remind me of when I was a boy, my father used to go abalone hunting off the cost of Catalina Island in California and would bring my brother and I back the shells. The turquoise blue and shimmering green were the same colors as the windows
David & Taylor's Temple wedding is coming up in a few weeks and I cant wait to shoot it. they are even going to have a horse drawn carriage that will take them from the Timpanogos Temple to the reception.
