Antelope Island Engagement
By Utah Wedding Photographers James Erick Photography Utah
Shooting an Antelope Island Engagement is always fun. You never know what the weather is going to be like, or the bugs for that matter. And there are so many beautiful places to take pictures, that there is never enough time to get to them all, unless you had a week to take the pictures.
At this Antelope Island engagement we started at the docks. Samantha brought some balloons with :Save the Date" written on them, which looked great, but the wind was no cooperating with holding the lettering where we could see it. I always recommend not writing on the balloons (when people ask me beforehand) as lettering can easily be added to the balloons during the editing process, which is what I ended up doing for her save the date cards picture.
Paul and Samantha were a blast to work with. They were constantly joking around and having fun. These really are two people that were meant for each other!
In addition to the balloons, they brought their cat to have in a few pictures. The cat was very friendly and I think it was excited to be able to roam around when it was not in a picture. I was just worried the whole time it was going to get scooped up by a large hawk or eagle, so I always had an eye out for it. All in all the cat was very cooperative and seemed happy to be in the shoot.
